As previously predicted,the map below shows the correlation between temperature near the surface and SLP during the typhoon's time period, indicating the overall negative values of the blue series. However, the negative correlation was not particularly strong in the path of Typhoon BAVI, and in some areas of the path it showed positive correlation in red. In other words, the expected analysis could be confirmed to be wrong. We analyzed the expected causes of failure.

1.  The relatively small latitude grid shown on the map would not have sufficiently reflected the SST effect in the pre-storming process.

2. Since the analysis was carried out for the entire duration of Typhoon BAVI, the temperature changes in the atmosphere before and after the typhoon passed its path would not have been fully considered.

3. The weather events of Typhoon BAVI's passage through the affected areas would not have been fully considered (Ex. reduced sea level temperatures and surface temperatures due to precipitation).
